9.3 z77com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to z77com in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit z77com's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
